hmmm...



i love poutine.

A LOT

pretty much any day that involves poutine can't be a bad day.

unless there is bad poutine.
that should be a crime.

people who make bad poutine should be locked up and taught how to make better poutine.

ME monday

shorts

I did not willingly wear shorts.
EVER

until now.... well two years ago

being pregnant with hugo changed my thighs. ha!

the summer after hugo was born I bought a pair of shorts because I was struggling wearing dresses and keeping myself from being a bit too exposing as I crawled around on the floor with him.
so on a whim I thought I would try a pair at least for around the house.

DEAR LORD

I was in love.

I used to wear shorts and my legs would rub together and I'd make it maybe a few hours before the insides of my thighs were chafed. no fun.

now I'm going to probably blame gravity or something... but things have shifted.

shorts are my new favorite thing to wear.

I long for shorts all winter.

its still weird to me.

Spring is in the air?

I'm hoping these guys are telling me spring is here... There are more babies than the frog can eat. 

Sure sign of spring in my books. 

These fish go at it like rabbits always but it's like double time spring/summer. 

I'm hoping the weather reflects their predictions. I'm done with winter!!

I make to do lists.
pretty much every day.

sometimes....
I write things down that I've already done....

just so I can cross them off.

its such a satisfying feeling to cross something off as done!
