tasty tuesday.... well not really but it is kind of food related

I think my sweet tooth is broken.

hugo broke it.

ever since I got pregnant I had the weirdest healthy cravings for vegetables. dark green vegetables. preferably grilled.
how was that fair.
other pregnant women were craving cake and goodies...
not me.

I thought that it would go back to normal after he was evicted from his womb... ha

NOPE

he is 2.5
I miss the occasional binge on chocolate or something ridiculously sweet and gooey.

I somehow think this is my new normal.

thank god I still like savory snacks or I think my late night munching would be ruined.

every now and then I try and get into something sweet...
I have a bit and am done.
so not the old me.

I think this is probably not the worst thing in the world, but it is just so weird.
I have lost a lot of my favorite comfort foods! I need to find new ones.

ME monday

I like writing with pretty colored pens.
unless I really have to I generally don't use black or dark blue pens.

pink, purple and light blue are my favorties :)

spring things....

i am not entirely certain that it will not snow again, but i'm trying to be optimistic and not think about it.

spring brings a "to do" list a MILE long

i sat down and started to make that list yesterday.

hmmm.

how am i going to actually accomplish all of these things??

well i'm not sure but i think there are at least 10 painting projects on the list so that should be an interesting and potentially super messy experience with my junior assistant.
there will likely be photos to document these shenannigans starting to show up here shortly.

crazy amount of raking... if the grass is ever dry again...
if it would just stop raining and snowing for more than a day at a time that would be LOVELY.

raspberry pruning.... DEAR LORD. they're escaping their bed and popping up everywhere. i'm pretty sure my neighbors have raspberries now.

those are just a few of the things i'm hoping to accomplish in the next little while... the list is WAAAAAY too long to post the whole thing.

I am currently typing this post as hugo is trying to teach chico to play catch.

quite funny.

he's playing catch with cat treats so I think its a win win for chico.
