tasty tuesday.... Beets!

no recipe today.... but what is your favorite recipe for beets?

i just cooked and froze a big pot of these guys.... candycane beets... they're not striped once you cook them apparently. but still super delicious!
so far i have eaten them plain... but i'd love to find some super awesome recipes for them!
