any of you that know me well at all know that i am not much of an exerciser.
this i think might be manageable.
i haven't started yet. (i know off to a great start)
i'm really going to try though.
i have printed it off and will check off each day to motivate myself.
i'll check back in though and update my progress.
if i put it up on the internet and tell everyone that i'm going to do this maybe i'll actually be guilted into following through.
